The red lights on your robot means it wants an update. If it's stuck in that mode, it may have glitched or lost connection while trying to get one recently.
If you haven't already, please try the following:
1. Plug your robot in.
2. Open your app and search for robots to connect to. You should see one called “DFU CUE”.
3. Connect to “DFU CUE“ and the app should ask you to complete the update.
Please note, a mobile device and the installed Cue App is required to update the firmware of the Cue robots.
Chromebooks and Web browsers do not have the functionality to perform firmware updates
