My robot won't connect to my device?
Try the following if your robot won't make or maintain a connection to your mobile device:
- First, make sure your device is compatible at www.makewonder.com/compatibility.
- Never pair your robot in your device's Bluetooth settings the way you would other Bluetooth devices. If you've done so, unpair it now. Only connect to your robot through one of our app.(For Dash and Dot: Wonder, Blockly, Go, Path, or Xylo. For Cue: Cue and Cue for Education.)
- Turn your device's Bluetooth off, then power your device off. Turn the device back on, then reactivate Bluetooth and try connecting again.
- Update your robot's firmware with steps listed here.
