The Make Wonder (Formerly Class Connect) Licenses are limited to a student profile cap. The level of your license has exceeded the cap. We provide the notice to allow you time to upgrade your license/edit your profiles to not interrupt your service.
Below are the profile caps on the available standard licenses
Teacher Success Pack, 1 Teacher and up to 35 Student Profiles
Tech Center Success Pack 1 Teacher and all student Profiles at a single School location
School Success Pack All Teachers and all students at a single school location
There are a couple of processes you can do to remove the message and ensure your service does not get interrupted.
Remove profiles to come at or under your license profile cap. Profiles can be added and removed at any time as long as the total profiles do not exceed your token cap.
Purchase a license that meets your student’s profile requirements. If one of the other licenses do not fit your needs, you can request a custom license by entering your information on that following page
