Why won’t my robot catch the ball with Gripper Kit?

The Gripper has a lower set of rubber bumpers between the arms. These bumpers help to position objects at the correct position within the arms in order to provide the best grip.

In most cases, the bumpers can be used in the original position displayed in the building instructions.
