Blaster Power can be used in all three main sections of the Cue app: Code, Control, and Wonder.
In Code, look for the teal Accessories tab on the left side of the screen. You’ll find a block to activate Blaster Power there.
In Control, you can access the Blaster Power commands by selecting the Blaster Power icon from the middle column.
